Amanda and Victor founded Building & Outdoor Solutions with a shared belief: home projects should feel organized, collaborative, and rewarding—not overwhelming.

With experience in construction, contracting, and project management, we built BOS around what homeowners value most: careful planning, quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a team they can trust.

What began with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces has grown into a full-service home improvement company. Today, we help clients throughout the Greater Seattle area with everything from protecting an aging roof or improving drainage to building a new fence, updating a kitchen, or taking on a larger multi-phase project.
